Our library helps you get a family task done and shows how Kaia can take more of the ongoing work off your plate. We build Kaia because we believe family coordination should ask less of parents.

Our point of view

Kaia is created by parents like you, based in Portugal and the U.S. We are parents and co-parents with multicultural families that speak multiple languages. We have tried different apps and devices and know the work of keeping another system updated. We built Kaia to bring help into family conversations and a shared browser dashboard, with no app or special device needed.

Practical advice, with a place to start

Each guide gives a direct answer, a manageable sequence and examples you can adapt. Worksheets are free to use without providing an email address. Illustrative examples are labeled, and product details link to the provider’s own information.

Room for different families

A wall display, a shared app and a conversation-based assistant suit different habits. We describe the choice in terms of the work a family wants help with. Our guides do not assume one household structure or one person who does all the remembering.
